About

I am an experienced and well-travelled ICT professional with over 12 years of work experience. My career has spanned technical support, teaching and research, Enterprise Architecture, cyber security, systems and software design, implementation and development. Over the years, I have built a lot of experiences, including but not limited to;

▪Experience designing and implementing solutions for medium to large-scale technical projects – including supervising engineers and software developers.
▪ Advise for ICT budgets, contracts and procurement.
▪ Experience in curriculum design and teaching.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
▪ Experience in ICT Policy development and strategic planning.
▪ Experience in Enterprise Architecture and ICT infrastructure design.
▪ Experience with ICT hardware, cyber security, IT risk, mobile and web-based technologies.
▪ Experience in supporting and coordinating project activities across a large organization and with other international partner organizations.
▪ Proven ability to interact diplomatically with high-level officials, as well as experience working directly with community-level partners.

▪ Project Lead - KfW Development Bank/Ministry of Education – Malawi: Tablets for Talent Development Project, 2020.
▪Project Lead – UNDP Uganda: Supply and Installation of Video Conferencing System for Judiciary of Uganda, 09 - 2020
▪ Project Lead – UNFPA: Procurement and Installation of IT equipment for the Country Office in Guinea-Bissau. Reference: UNFPA/GNB/RFQ/04/2019
▪ Project lead on Campus digitalization project for All Saints University – Feb 2020 to Dec 2021
▪ Project Lead for UNDP-funded digitalization of elections commission project – Freetown, Sierra Leone with a budget of USD 2.3 M. – 2017-2018
▪ Project lead for a donor-funded (Capacity Building Trust Fund-CBTF) government digitalization project titled “Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning IT Support Phase II” with a budget of USD 1.8M – Juba, South Sudan. Jul 2013 – April 2014
▪ Built a number of websites and portals including www.locei.org, www.oslocityltd.com, www.asul.ac.ug, www.globalinkafrica.org
